be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully before making any booking.
Booking Terms
• All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of
confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named
passenger.
• Passengers must present a valid ID matching the booking
details at check-in.
Payment Policy
• We accept M-Pesa, Visa cards, and cash payments at our
stations.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include
applicable taxes.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days for
eligible cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure: No
refund
• No-shows: No refund will be issued
Luggage Policy
• One large suitcase (max 23kg) and one carry-on bag per
passenger included.
• Additional luggage will be charged at KES 500 per piece.
• Tahmeed is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Passengers must label their luggage with name and contact
information.
Passenger Responsibilities
• Arrive at the bus station at least 30 minutes before
departure.
• Ensure personal belongings are secure at all times.
• Follow safety instructions provided by our staff.
• Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or causing
disturbance on board.
