You can book online through our website by selecting your route,
travel date, and preferred bus. Alternatively, visit any of our
booking stations nationwide. We accept M-Pesa, Visa cards, and cash
payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (recommended for online bookings), Visa cards, and
cash at our physical booking stations. M-Pesa offers the fastest and
most convenient payment option.
How do I use Lipa na M-Pesa?
After selecting your booking, choose M-Pesa as payment. You'll
receive an STK push notification on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa
PIN to confirm payment. Your ticket will be sent via SMS and email.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. Please contact us at
least 24 hours before departure for a full refund or complimentary
rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.
How do I print my ticket?
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
You can also print your ticket from our website using your booking
reference. Visit the Print Ticket page and enter your ticket number
and mobile number.
What amenities are available on your buses?
Our buses are equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning, power
outlets for charging devices, reclining seats, DVD players, and
flat-screen TVs. Our sleeping coaches offer the most luxurious
travel experience in East Africa.
What is your luggage policy?
Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase (up to 23kg) and one
carry-on bag for free. Additional luggage can be checked for a small
fee. Please ensure your luggage is properly labeled with your name
and contact information.
How early should I arrive before departure?
We recommend arriving at the bus station at least 30 minutes before
your scheduled departure time. This gives you enough time to
complete check-in, verify your ticket, and board comfortably.
